Since the Library is open longer hours than the lab, I would recommend that an additional software license be purchased, if possible, and the program installed on one of the computers in the Library. It appears that the students will need to be physically present to access the software during the times the Labs are open.

The description states that this software enables students to learn the music notation. The Departmental Review notes that the required Finale software will be installed in the CaTS Computer Lab and in Dante 204. This course will be required for all Music majors therefore the Library will want to make sure that both the required and supplemental information resources are available when the course is offered.
